Shot Glass from Under the Sea

This piece was thrown on the potter's wheel then once dry enough, carved, to create a textured surface. I used a stain or glaze inside and out to give it color. It was then fired in a high fired gas reduction kiln.

Details:

Clay body: high fired porcelain

Glaze: matte green glaze inside and out with a little copper red painted on the outside and black underglaze in the cracks.
